July 24th - Maryland Drift Showoff! - aftermath!
Moderators: andysapp, charlie, CodyW, Rhoad Racing
We flew back from Florida today, Syn is supposed to be moving there at the end of the month and we were scouting the place out. Though it may look as if the trip to DC is on... his sister Julia may or may not drive us up there, we have your number so we will call you if we actually make it. you are already on the the road now anyway so you won't even see this until you get back
Aye!
We are officially back in Atlanta. What a great weekend!
The event was AWESOME!!!
I got a ton of seat time... and I imagine that's how the Miami event was supposed to go down if it weren't for venue dictation and "Pit Bull".
We were split into two groups... and each group ran two 1-hour sessions
(I think they were an hour... I was having so much fun, that I wasn't watching the clock).
It would have been primo to have my KAAZ 1.5 way LSD in the car before the event... but I'm almost glad I didn't.
The open diff style was in full effect, and I learned a ton with the car as-is. Once I get that limited slip in the car... it's on.
Anyway... I'm worn the eff out... so I'm gone like Tron.
I'll post more data tomorrow when Energon cubes have been consumed.
{haha... I'm getting delirious).
SPECIAL SPECIAL THANKS goes out to our MediaTeam: nobody, Barry, Cody, and Mike.
I couldn't have pulled through the weekend without you guys... seriously. You guys effin' RAWK!!!!
