01' GC RS Dyno results
well the GC was dynoed at TopSpeed. and the results are in
WHP=138.4
WTQ=158.3
and showed a pretty even 50/50 split between front and rear. i am going to get the dyno pic up soon so there are no doubts. also andy, if possible, could you help me get the video of my dyno runs webworthy. need them to help sell my headers, cat, and catback.

Cobb CAI (made by Gansflow)
Brullen Equal Length Headers
Brullen Hi-Flow Cat
Brullen Single Tip 2.25" Catback
thats it for power mods. looking into fuel management or possibly a whole stand-alone since there are still no reflash options for the GC RS. but yeah i was pretty surprised by the numbers. i was expecting to be around 120whp and 130wtq and more of a 60/40 front to rear split.
and of course i got to hear my car hit around 80mph in, i think, 3rd gear. flippin wicked loud. my guts told me the same thing during each run.

ah yes. the tray drift session. need to get some of those coke trays and get another session or two in. also found out that my rear sway bar was set at the lowest setting, so going to set it much stiffer. adjusted my TPS so i can punch it in FOERST, rather than waiting for second to floor it. seem to have much better throttle response now. not to mention while i was warming the car for its dyno runs, i drove around for a minute and discovered that all i need to do is get up to around 45mph-begin turning wheel-let off accelerator-lightly tap brakes once or twice-then the back end gets loose and the GC initiatesw drift quite easily. now i just need to learn how to control the angle and keep the car sideways.
andy you down for FF-tray/AWD practice sessions sometime?
