Running the GA400 Toll.

Apparently, they do monitor the video surveillance tapes:

*And, apparently it doesn't matter if you're in a loaner car.
They track you down.

Post by FastBackLover »

Hey im a noob to the drifting world. Just purchased a 240sx and am in process of fixing it up so pics will come eventually, but i thought I could help Andysapp out with a great website I know about. http://www.phantomplate.com/reflector.html is a site that sells products you can put on your tag so cop cams cant get you or even better send you a ticket in the mail. Enjoy

phantom plate... hmm that thing looks cool but it's probably best not to make a habit of running tolls;)

What I really need is a valentine one!

Crap. I could have told you guys that. The company I worked at had about 200 vehicles with the cruise thingies, that malfunction about 1/1000 times. So We'd be getting about 20 citations in the mail each month. Just like those. Sorry for not giving the heads up.

Andy, there is a special exception for loaner cars if you have a cruise card account. Call the number and explain and they only charge you a 5dollar fee plus the toll (50cents)

Hey Hooman,

Having a Cruise Card account does not apply to loaner or rental cars. It says it on the citation. We'll see how it pans out... as I paid for it like I have an account (which I do). I also paid the damn thing a month late, so it should be interesting. I sent them a $6 check and a sticker that says:

Hahaha... they got me again!
7 out of 10 times I run through with my Cruise Card, it works. The other 30% of the time, it doesn't. This instance falls into that 30% category.
