Hooray! The bracket for my bride seat is finally here! I'll be putting the brix II in tonight...omg it's going to be so sweet.

Anyhow, I'm fiending for a mountain run. Anyone up to it sometime this week or weekend? Now that I'll actually be held into place and not flailing around behind the wheel, the mountains are going to rock.

If I've got four good tires on friday (questionable), I'll go up in the accord just to burn off some stress...
won't be fun for you to have to wait for a car with half your horsepower.
*sings* my corolla breaks down more than your corolla!

haha ithat's ok...i don't need to go fast to have fun up there =) i just love being up there in general-- the air, the trees, the sexxxxy road curves. I want to focus more on precision than speed up there anyhow-- the last couple of times I've just hauled ass without really focusing on any kind technique.

I just came here to post about a mtn run this weekend, I was going to post on IA FOERST but figured I better see what the real driver's are doing... got sidetracked reading everyone else's posts and stumbled into this thread....

anyways, I've been waiting 3 weeks to run Commerce so hopefully rain won't close it this time (july 4th weekend last week, and rain before that). $15 to run 1/4 mile all night, every Friday. I'm up for a mtn run that afternoon or saturday, or sunday, or monday, or tues...ok, you get the idea... name a time and place and I'll be there.

haha...you still rollin in shorts and a t-shirt?

i actually wanna get even more stuff but that crap is expensive (i'll probably get a jacket for sure, but now some of the alpinestars gloves with the cool carbon fiber knuckle area are tempting me too).

i'll probably buy a helmet. that's probably it though, a good pair of jeans and an old jacket'll do me just fine. i just don't want to spend any money.

You guys are gonna foget about your cars and start taking your bikes to work and on mtn runs lol! I will be helping Cody this weekend and I really need some new front tires before I go on a mtn run. Oh and my whiteline sway bars and bushing kits will be here soon! Those will be nice to have.
