Media Crew needed for August 6th : Savannah Demo

If anyone would like to help with media coverage for the SEDA drift exhibition in Savannah this weekend, please let us know. We need about three vid cameras and atleast one photographer. Unfortunetly, none of us are getting paid for the exhibition, thus, none of the media crew will either. Matter fact....it may actually cost you $20 to gain media access at the track. However, I'm calling the track tonight to see if we can get you guys in for free.
Time schedule:
The convoy will leave Atlanta at precisely 1pm on Friday (August 5th) for our four hour journey to the Hardeeville Motor Speedway (just outside of Savannah on the S.C. side). The team will have a 30 minute practice session on Friday. Friday night we will either stay at a hotel or stay at my parent's house. The cost of the Hotel will run each person about $15 or so. My parent's house will of course be free, but it is 1.5hrs away from the track.
Saturday will be the exhibition in which we'll hit the track somewhere in between 8pm-8:30pm. The exhibition will last 20mins (+/-).
Each car in the convoy will probably have an extra seat so you probably won't have to drive. I know that I will have atleast one extra seat in my car. Chad and Erin might also, but I doubt martymartymarty.net will.
I'll post up more info as soon as I get it. But if you are interested let me know so we can start planning.
EDIT: I just talked to the track and we are able to get a media crew of 4 in for free
