hey man, welcome to the site!
hope you can make it out, and if so look out for us in our "drifting is not a crime" shirts. also, we can only get 4 press passes which are already occupied and we have a steady supply of photographers as it is, but we'd still love to see any shots you take.

I won't be able to make this after all guys. Someone turned left in front of me today and I totaled my truck. I actually knocked her Durango completely upside down. My airbag didn't even deploy! Everyone is ok, but I'm stuck looking for a new truck. At least it wasn't my fault. I'm the world's safest driver in the pickup. Good luck though Andy! With all those press passes there better be some vids posted Monday. Give me somethin to smile about.

Well... the clock is ticking...
Time is getting closer. I'm trying to get everything lined up and ready to go here. Picked up a $240 sticker run... so we'll be armed with sticky freebies at the event... we've got shirts... and our tent (which they want to charge $40 to set up... ???).
I tried to make it over to Drive Line Services today to begin the LSD build... but alas... Atlanta traffic would not allow such commodities. I'll have to swing by there tomorrow, and pick it up when we get back from MD. I also need to make it by Gran Turismo East, for some used tyres for my stock rims. I killed off all the others at the Miami event, so I'll need some fresh(er) tread to burn.
Tomorrow will go by much too fast. There's still a lot to get done!
Eeeeeee!
:D

I have acouple of extra folding chairs, I can bring down with me if you guys need them.

P.S. Here is the post by Ken Miyoshi from DG's board:
Hello - Mainstream Staff (Ken Miyoshi) here.

Awesome! Thanks for posting the schedule-- now I have more of an idea of what's going on. We've got 3 folding chairs, but you can always throw your extras under our ezup! I still can't believe they want to charge anyone using a canopy a $40 "permit" fee. That is such garbage! It will be too hot to go without it, though-- that's for sure.

i'm still excited though, anything is there anything else we need to get before we leave? also, anyone know the plans for leaving yet? i'll be in class from around 4:00-10:00 tonight but if anyone knows what's up give me a call :).

We should try to leave by 10:00-11:00 because it's a nice 8-9 hour drive and we want to sleep tomorrow night before the event!

I'd say bring money for the hotel and food [oh god plz have lemonaid!!!] and some sunscreen and any personal stuffs.... I'm not sure what the durango has stereo-wise, but we'll prolly need to have some cds because i guarantee it won't have my spiffy aux in jack for the ipod;)

I bought a huge cooler to bring to the event so if you wanna stock up on drinks or snacks, I'd say do that:)

alright, sounds good. i can bring my iTrip too if you'd like so we can rock some semi-good quality tunes :). do you happen to have a car charger for an iPod though? i haven't gotten one yet so we might be limited to 1 round of the battery, but oh well.

i'll try to grab some fantas if i get a chance too (might have to run out tomorrow morning since i've gotta do some homework real quick and then go to class for the rest of the night :( ).
