S13's are cheap, DO IT!
only big snag is i'm attending road atlanta in 20 days for a trackday, getting the car together and sorted in that time would be rough.
it would probably be a couple days on the frame machine
.. did you try a come-a-long and the car tied to something firm
so the only thing that will move is that rail?

The M3 would need an alignment and some real tires to preform worth a damn.. But i could talk to bobby about it. It's just sitting at the shop until i drift it again.

right side of car was double strapped to a tree using 10000lb trailer tiedowns. other side was pulled with comealong from various angles using tree and truck. it moved a bit, i was able to get the clutch master cylinder out finally but the fender is still under the hood by a solid half inch. i'm going to try pulling more forward on the strut tower itself since the bending had to be caused by the wheel pushing back into the body. if i can at least get it to a state where it can be realigned properly and the body panels can at least go back on without overlapping i'll be happy. a new chassis will cost almost nothing compared to having someone try to straighten the frame, just time on my part for swapping things over. it's not worth the money to straighten a chassis that's already been bent in the same spot once.

yeah.. see if some serious tugging and striking from angles can get it to where your TC rods... tie rods.. and camber plates can bring it all within spec.
i know that when we did Tony's car.. we had it strapped and under high tension.. and striking particular areas with a huge mallet made it pop back really quickly.
