that car isn't the same 14... it's a new one he built in a few days. They showed up to the track on hawaiian time, got hassled at tech, finally got thru tech just in time for the 2nd round of qualifying runs, and his FOERST time viewing the track was for his FOERST / last / only qualifying run. He misjudged the grip on the course and you see the results.
He said this was a huge learning experience for him... hopefully we'll see him back later this year, but he said he might just stick to some NOPI events.
