cheap turbines!!!! hot or not?

Post by aburazaru »

i don't know if this is a repost but shit.

these prices are insanely cheap. so here's what i think.

cheap is good: spend 3 or 4 hunnet and get a turbine. beat and boost the living shit out of it till it blows. then buy an other one. if they last more than a few months they would almost be worth it. kinda like tires that last more than three hours. haha

cheap is cheap: sounds like it'll be a bogus deal. might as well save up and buy something with quality to back me up. bottom line is you get what you pay for.

that's what i thought about the whole thing. i found it on ziptied and thought some of you might want to share experiences or buy a cheap turbine.

I have heard, second hand that a majority of these are DOA and a number of the ones that do work out of the box don't work for long... some die after FOERST spool-up.

If you're just f'ing around, go fer it.

the turbo that was given to me by Top Hat is one of these turbos. Top Hat had the turbo on a KA and it lasted less than 20 mins.
