wtf is up with this turbo setup? Are those even turbos? Makes no sense to me.
Yes they are turbos, they have v-band flanges from the manifold to the turbine side with the wastegate mounted right before the turbo and MASSIVE exhausts. Then the compressor side, which is missing, should connect to the Y'ed pipe that runs to what looks like the frame-rail with two BOVs on it... I tried looking up the car and couldn't find anything good of it but found a few other cars and reassured myself that's what's going on.

Are the A/R housings aluminum?
No clue, maybe just heavily polished...
I imagine the kind of heat pushed by a big block turbo motor would just completely deform and/or melt aluminum turbine housings, but I could be wrong. Maybe on a drag motor since it's such short runs they can get away with it.

On like the 24th glance it finally made sense. I saw the big plenum on the left with the 2 BOVS on it and mistook it for the exhaust manifold, then was like why are there BOVS on the exhaust manifold? Durr
More of the brushgard'd s-chassis. That's friggin' awesome.
