in plastic form! Once again I accomplished my goal at the Solo Natioanals. Last year I went to the Solo Nationals wanting to finish mid pack and ended up 10th out of 19. This year, I was going for a trophy. After two days of fast paced competition, I finished up in the 7th and last trophy spot in A Street Prepared! My friend/car owner/co-driver finished up 1st (now the FOERST multi-time National Champion in the Tennessee Region). I really can't thank Jason enough for the honor of driving such a fast, well prepared car. It was sad to see it go (it's new owner picked it up after our runs on Friday).
It was great week of racing for my whole region. One of my good friends (Dan Chadwick) came home with his FOERST National Trophy.......1st place in SSM. Other person from my region finished 3rd in X Prepared. BerettaMike also put a hell of a showing in car that wasn't any where near the preparation level of some of the cars he beat out to finish 16th in F Street Prepared. With a fresh motor and some more tire, I don't have a doubt in my mind that he'll be a threat for the trophies next year.
Tell Mike to remember that I get half of everything or well since he has a g/f now I'll take a 1/4 for our joint custody deal with the car even though it's a one sided custody!
I was just looking over the photos and found something interesting. Earlier this year we were talking about putting on a splitter, but looking at the pics, the valance it hitting the ground anytime we turn and/or brake. I should have my camera back this weekend so I can take pictures of my plastic.
<12 -- We really don't know what it means either.
