Got the Cobras in the previous pics due to the price, but will be painting them for sure. 235-40-17 on a 9" wide on the front, on a 10.5" wide rear. The rears are a bit too stretched for my taste though...

Pics tomorrow when I bring home my camera.

That's radgnartastic! I love beaters so much. When I get a garage and welder, it's on!

You doin' the cage yourself? What transmission out of what is going in? Did those Konis need any fabbing due to the air suspension?

It's been a while.

I get paid to build cages for other people as part of my job, so I'll probably do the cage myself. It will also be sooner rather than later since I have nowhere to hang a clutch pedal and there's the computer for the gauge cluster (seriously) in the way.

The Konis are from a Mk III Supra and fit right in for the rear once you file open the top hat holes ever so slightly. For the front I was getting bottoming issues on the yellows so I switched to Bilstien HDs for UCF10. I also switched from the cut progressive H&Rs (with only the stiff coils remaining) to some pants 7K springs in the rear. It feels better, but I still need to throw my 9Ks up front.

It's going to get a Z33 6-speed with the only instrumentation being oil pressure, water temp and RPM.

Some somewhat recent pics:

I've been rocking the Cobra wheels for over a month now, need to get some shots with all of them on.

I've died and come back to life. Here's what you all missed:

Sat thise bitch on '99 Cobra 17x9, 17x10.5s - they fit perfectly

Replaced the chopped H&Rs with pants upped spring rate coils, Bilstein HD front and Koni Yellow rears (Yellow fronts had too short of a stroke and were bottoming out)

Rubbed through fender harness on the way from Tampa to St. Pete (Looooooong bridge), causing smoke to come out the dash vents and the horn to stick on

Got the car towed due to parking it in the wrong lot after body harness got messed up

Got the car back from impound, $320 later

Attempted to repair body harness only to make the car not do anything with they key

Removed body harness

Removed another ~400 lbs of shit

Began installing EZ wiring harness (12lbs)

Procured an R154 from a buddy

Procured a 3S machined flywheel, disc and pressure plate

Procured an XAT Racing R154 to 1UZ adapter plate

Ordered appropriate release bearing and retainer for internal slave

Been broke

Been busy

Recently gotten remotivated thanks to various video/ATLspeak...

...and for those that can't read or have no imagination:
