yeah dude, I wiped out on the trail. 4 vertebrae with compression fractures, concussion, whiplash, 25 stitches, nasty scars on my FAAAAAACE!!!, road rash on both shoulders, both shoulders slightly separated shoulders, that's about it. I'm doing very well considering how I was 2 weeks ago. I was laid up for 8 days.

p.s. don't worry, the Mad Max mt bike is perfectly fine. only minor scratches.

I passed out in the ER on the x-ray table.

I still have a little pain in my upper back when pulling, shifting into reverse, opening doors, still a little dizziness from the concussion and my neck movement is vastly improved from last week. I'm off the bike at least til mid january.

I miss riding.

my PCP reviewed my records from the ER and mentioned a few things they forgot to tell me. like the concussion and the whiplash
