Yes it is. It has a divider as well so its not just a constant exhaust leak. It only dumps when the wastegate opens.

Well the reason people said that about the KA HG is cause they were sending people the one for like the altima or something and it has an extra hole so it would always dribble out oil. The one they sent me had that extra hole but I never got to use it. Part number was right and everything. Bag said for 240sx KA24DE
