For how crazy and retarded NOPI Drift was...it brought some variety to the scene. Got to see a lot of drivers that would not have gotten any coverage.

seems that the current system is better. win your regional then get a chance to go against others at a single event that licenses new drivers. that helps to keep costs down a lot.
I guess its all in the details...which aren't available.

Seems like another group who is just going to award drives with money over drivers with skill.
