came across this as i was searching for a new turbo for my car and thought it looked pretty good :). you might have already seen it, but if not here you go:

a little pricey (although not as bad as soom BMW kits i've seen), and 400hp sure would be fun  .

yea, i believe both chris's are as well, so you aren't alone :).

but yea, it does seem like a good idea.

oh, and on another good note, i found a garett GT2871R turbo for $900 on a group buy (they're normally around $1200) and i think i might go with it. it spools real fast, bolts up to the stock T25 mount, and can make up to ~360rwhp.

OOOOOOOOH!

I like the looks of that!!! It's $1000 cheaper than the supercharger Active makes. Hmmm... where can I scrounge up $5k?

I'm looking under the couch right now... brb.

Heh, sorry to kinda hijack, but I got my BARELY used GT28R for $300.

How you ask? You've prolly heard of APR (VW/Audi Tuner)... well they were trying to get it working on a Porsche and it wasn't happening... they thought it was the turbo and my friend (knowing it wasn't the turbo) offered to take it off their hands. They gave it to him for $100 and he gave it to me for $300 haha. What a deal.

hmm....just happened to see that JGY customs has an E36 kit for $3060. wonder if they could do an E46 for about the same price.
