This mother fucking bitch ass cop gave me a ticket for have a license plate holder. The ticket is for obstruction of a license plate. He said because he couldn't see all of "Georgia" on the plate it was illegal. Truth is he didn't like that it says you suck on it. Its a famliy guy hold "Victory will be mine" on the top and "You suck" on the bottom.
I'm so going to court for it.

Sounds like a BS ticket to me! I bet if you take it off, snap a Poloroid of it, and take it to court it'll drop. Then you can put it back on in the parking lot, LOL!

I saw a Georgia plate on an M6 last week that had the entire top 1/4th of the plate cut off. It had to be cut to fit, since there was only room to fit a European style plate. I thought that was hella-illegal... having a plate frame that slightly obstructs - not illegal.

i got a warning for that when i had my celica but i don't think they should be able to give you a ticket for it right away. hopefully you can fight it somehow and come out alright.
