• The cams I didn't know I had...

Well, we pulled the head off the car the other day to remove some injector plugs, and i figure, well since i have the valve cover off i will check out the cams to see if toyota stamped the stock duration on them... taking a closer look i noticed 3 enchanting letters.. H...K...S.... what a sec.. where have i heard that before.. hmm... hks.. OH SHIT! HKS! WHAT THE HELL!?!?! i was so excited i was jumping up and down! anyways, we pulled them out and the back of the cams is stamped "272 8.1" thats awsome and kinda explains the idle problems i had before.. when the car ran..

nice surprise...now only if i can open my hood and find a trbo kit al hooked up and stuff...

That's AWESOME! In fact, it's almost as cool as finding a fishtank boost controller on my car. I have no problem with MBCs but this thing was absolute garbage!

actually charlie, i think fishtanks have better plumbing than that thing that was posing as a boost control in your WRX
