Messed Up Seat Mouting Bolt Holes

Some of them work alright, some of them are stripped. What's the best way to fix the stripped ones?

either drill out the holes and use longer bolts with new nuts, and if you can weld then weld the nuts on top of the old ones to make them easier to work with.

That was what I was thinking. Can you get to any of the seat bolt holes on an S14 from under the car, besides the one that goes into the trans tunnel?
