My new website went live last night. I have been AWOL as hell from everything in life for the past three months finishing this thing. Thankfully it is finally done!
I decided on integrating a WordPress blog into the site, so I can easily publish new content. Instead of making one massive overhaul & redesign every few years, I'm hoping to constantly keep updates published.
I'm really proud of this site... more than any site I've built. Ever. This site is my most mature effort as a web designer so far. I feel like everything is very cohesive and dynamic... server-side includes galore, & I actually tried to come correct with my coding instead of just doing whatever works. I really tried to make a cross-platform compatible site. I couldn't quite get all the code to verify using TIDY because of WordPress and Coppermine... but it is clean where I could get it clean.
I tried my best to back-log a lot from my life from the past few years, including a lot of my design-work that I forgot about. Whether I like it or not... my life is transitioning away from professional drifting, so I feel like it was a bit of a cleansing process to go back through some of my accomplishments with it all. This crazy sport really has taken me for an insane ride.
Anyway... enough of my ramble. Take a look at the site, and let me know if you run into any bugs or glitches. I really think I got everything worked out... but you never know. I have tons more content to get up in the blog... including a ton of old video content that I never posted up. All of that will trickle down into the site over time.
