DriftMB will be back on the scene in 08. Thanks to a long winter break, we are ready to jump back in with a lot of improvements this year. Including an established 2008 season schedule, to be released very soon.

The info on the next event I have only to add that gates will open at 900am, Drivers meeting at 10am.. be there if you want to drive. FOERST car rolls at the completion of the drivers meeting and course walk.

Same basic rules as we have always had.. all drivers and riders require seatbelt and helmets.

All cars MUST pass basic tech inspection for safety. Batteries MUST be properly tied down. You MUST have all lug nuts and studs on each wheel. All wheel bearings and suspension will be checked. Please make sure your car is safe if you plan on driving with us. In the event a safety issue is discovered the car will be sidelined and tech will be failed until the issue is fixed.

We will be running until dusk. There will be a competition of all drivers after approximately 2-3 hours of track practice. Free runs will then resume.

Beginning with this event, top 10 drivers will be awarded points toward a series we are running this year, to be concluded at the last event in November with a sizeable cash payout.

Pre-registration is encouraged and will be accepted via PayPal. Send payment and registration and contact info to critters177@aol.com

Event Costs.. $50.00 pre-reg for Drift practice/competition, $60.00 after pre-registration cut-off and at the gate the day of the event.

$10.00 for spectators 12 and over.

Pre-Registration ends on Saturday January 26th at 12:00am

Thanks and we'll see you at the Beach in '08!

you mean how long for the day? on Saturday events we can run from 10am til dusk, on sundays even with the longer days we can only run from 1230-7pm due to respect for the church next door.

as far as how long thru the year.. probably be running practice events i December again. We would have in 07, but my car was down, Marshalls car was down and the baby was born in September.

If that doesnt answer your question.. let me know :D

In the past we have had headlight runs for one or two runs at the end of an event. It is just difficult to pack up in the dark or by car headlight b/c the lights at the track are so expensive to have turned on.

Went to the speedway to set up the track tonight.

the course is hot. challenging. 5 clipping points.

The weather this afternoon was awesome. The rain stopped and the sun came out bright and clear. Same thing is expected tomorrow.. temps in the 60s

If you miss this one you will hate yourself.

See you at the gate at 9am.
