So my 2-fizzle had the worst paint Ive ever seen for such a new car. I was embarassed to bring it out. After coming from my old 04 gli that I kept fresh and clean all the time, it was quite a change.

Sprayglo was running a special to get people in the door. Total cost was $803, thats with the dents taken out and everything.

Here is a visual timeline of the day I bought it, till after i cleaned it up before paint, and after I got it back.

The paint was so oxidized it looked grey =(

The day before i took it to sprayglo (yes its clean, the paint sucked that bad)

Got Purp?

Overall I am very very happy. They did leave my car filthy on the inside, and part of the trunk doesn't look wetsanded, but it can't be beat for the price (besides DIY) YES I KNOW I NEED COILOVERS, that is coming soon.

wow improvement is an understatment. looks really slick and goes nice with the wheel color. so does this mean your gonna keep it?

The purp is dick!!1 Looks awesome man. My headlights were makin' it look brown when I saw it the other night. That looks really good!

I still haven't bought the paint for the new incarnation of mk3 death machine so I guess maybe I could go flat brown with gold metal flake? hmmmmmmmmmm
