it is implemented... the retarded thing is, most bots can get around them.

my tactics didn't work well... there were like 8 or 9 new bot regs today.

yeah but it ain't even that hard to read. from the small research i've done... it looks like bots can completely bypass the registration page - like... they don't even really visit it. it just submits the information.

i already made the mod to the reg page that deletes the URL section of the form... so if the URL gets transmitted, the forum automatically bans that user. only now, i think bot pushers realized this, and just don't put a URL in.

spam is positively one of the DUMBEST things in the entire world. it seems like the biggest waste of time from sending it out, to deleting it. the sad thing is, it must work... otherwise people wouldn't do it, i guess.

Re-pruned bot members again.

I added a new field to the registration page - you have to answer an extremely easy question to register. Hopefully this'll help.

Oooh... I just did another mod that keeps unregistered users from viewing the memberlist and user profiles... no more bots spidering for our e-mail addresses!
