I've been back for about 2 weeks now and started working at http://www.theskylineshop.com about a week and a half ago. so far..... pretty cool job. really busy though as there's only 2 of us doing the work on the cars. my job is basically get the cars ready to be legalized in Canada which means i have to install daytime running lights, a neutral safety switch, 3rd brake light if the car doesn't have one.... basically lots of electrical. on top of all that i also have to make sure the car is mechanically ok. typical things that tend to go out on these cars is the rear HICAS tie rod ends, front upper control rods, and front tie rod ends.

i'm about to buy an 1987 Nissan 200sx S12 chassis. its a 5spd, rwd, 2.0L 4cyl ca20e engine that i'll be driving as a daily till i save up enough for a good car whether its another FC, a 240, R32 GTS-T, or whatever i come across that sparks my interest at the time. once i pick up the S12 i'll try to get some pics and post them up here. its stock other then an aftermarket steering wheel and cone airfilter. i won't be modding it as a drift car though as the S12 severely lacks after market and don't really feel like doing tons of custom shit to it. plus its an open diff...
