cars are much more awesome when running. just ask my brother. as soon as he got his running better this weekend, he took it for a test drive and the hood flew up doing all kinds of damage effectively vacuuming out of his pocket all of the money I saved him by finding a MAF sensor on eBay. but not to hijack this thread, congrats shizalicious! i don't even think i've seen that bitch in real life yet. can't wait!

Congrats on getting the car running. Did they do anything else beside the swap while they had it? Post some pics when you can.

It should take us about 10 hours to change one gasket with movies, halo and just being our usual weekend selves.

so my tach started to work today. that's good. i guess it had stage fright the FOERST day. also, my throttle was kinda sticking, but that stopped too. the only weird thing i'm encountering is the car likes to shut off at random ass times, about once a day, and when i take hard right turns (90 degree or u-turns) the steering wheel kinda catches and i have to turn harder to get the wheel the rest of the way. anybody have any clue what that's all about?
