4th of July Drift at AMP

It's that time of year again. AMP only opens its doors to drifting once a year due to sound ordinance issues and so of course it's on 4th of July. Typically this event is an absolute scorcher and honestly not great for spectators. However, if you can get into a car (or happen to be driving) it's one of the most exhilarating drifting experiences you can get. The speeds are insane at the front half and the back section is literally a rollercoaster with truly astounding elevation changes. Being that 4th of July is usually a holiday for grillin, chillin or boating (at least up here on Lanier) I don't expect to see many people unless they're signed up to drift. However, making this post anyway so that next year when applications to drive are open I can resurrect the thread and try to bully anyone who will listen into driving it. If you aint got plans for the 4th and you wanna risk sun poisoning for a few drifts, holler cause I'll be up there all day. Atlanta Motorsports Park is better than crack because the high last way fucking longer. The itch to drift this track does not subside once you've scratched it. We should also do grip stuff there but some of y'all are already on that and I'm just way behind after deciding to dismantle and park my rx8 for six fucking months (so far)
ANYWAY. Be there! Or be smart and just grill some cheebsurgers and enjoy a cold bev at home. I wouldn't be drifting this event if it was not at an insane world class road course that doesn't allow drifting 364 days out of the year... alas, here we go, less than two weeks out
