Used to be you have 30 days to register a car. I found out tonight that the law changed January 1st. If it's a private sale you only get 1 week. I was a day over but the officer was cool and didn't write me up.

Damn that is good to know. I used to really get my use out of that 30 day rule. Sometimes it turned into the 60... or 90 day rule  .

Ahhh what a crock, Atlanta gets 110 million dollars as a GRANT to relieve congestion and what do they do? Spend it on toll lanes that will be ridiculously priced. Sometimes in California on the 91 coming into LA the tolls are as high as $10 to use the extra lanes for 10 miles.

It was sweet a few times bcause for a few miles at a time, the hot lanes would raise up to its own two lane bridge above the hwy. You would reach triple digit speeds just to keep up.

be glad you don't have to cross the George Washington Bridge, $8 for 2 miles. (thankfully, I don't have to pay the truck rates, I think they get nailed for $15)

Yeah, that HOT lane is b-fkn-s. I ain't payin' money to sit in more traffic with like-minded people who paid to also get out of traffic.

I mean... the HOV lane already is just as backed up as the rest.

I also heard Atlanta was spending some other REDIC amount of money (100 million I think?) on a fkn FERRIS WHEEL.
Waa fkn hoo... we have some of the worst traffic in the nation, but YAYYYY FERRIS WHEEEL.

Fuck, America sucks sometimes.

I'm kinda lost. What does a Ferris Wheel have to do with traffic?

its a ferris wheel you drive onto...thus you get to waste time riding it so by the time you make it around traffic has dissipated

They're going 200 million dollars on a ferris wheel instead of fixing our horrid traffic problem.
