He seems like a really cool dude, and his driving is ridiculous. I'm sure he'll have fun no matter what.

I think if he came to the US... his driving would not be that impressive compared to our circle track drift cars.

Just sayin..

from wikipedia: The D1 Grand Prix (D1グランプリ, D1 guranpuri?), abbreviated as D1GP: The last know variation of the legendary extinct Dodo Bird. The downfall of the d1 dodo has given raise to the now popular phrase "dead as a dodo" which means undoubtedly and unquestionably dead, whilst the phrase "to go the way of the dodo" means to become extinct or obsolete, to fall out of common usage or practice, or to become a thing of the past.

it would be awesome to see him in FD. D1 was awesome , and without D1 US drifting probably wouldn't be as big. sad to see them imploding

As long as he gets a decent car I think it would be.

Japanese people don't make good spokesmen for American companies/products. Adding a translator to a team can be an expensive unessecary cost. That being said I'd love to see more Japanese drivers in formula d.

I don't think that the Team Burst S13 would be competitive and American drift cars are built to be pushed that far I don't think.. and it's a shame bc people want style and I see way more style and flair in Japanese driving.

I think the S15 he drives in D1 would be good enough but the S13 he is famous for would be too slow.
