Thanks dudes, it was awesome finally riding it out on the roads without fear of jail haha. Although i did roll right by a cop with no tag on it, I think he might have given me a wave :)

Oh, and I need mirrors, shit is dangerous without em.

I like the seat. What is that material you used?

That puzzle piece gym room flooring stuff, got 4 sheets about 2'x2' at target for $20. I drilled holes in the seat pan and the foam and looped some 550 cord through the holes, leaving small loops at each hole under the seat pan. Then I ran another piece of cord through all the loops and pulled it tight, tying it off at the back. Turned out pretty well I think and holds the foam to the seat pan really well.

Yay I got a tag!! Didnt even have to have it inspected either, the PO had it in his name last so my bill of sale was I needed.

But, the #3 float bowl is draining like a biatch (#4 was and is fine now, I guess its moving left haha). Gotta get some fuel filters on here stat, thinking I got rusty dusty all up in my steez.

Been riding it to work all week, totally digging everything about it so far :) Only thing is the front end is a bit shaky sometimes, and I think its about time for new steering head bearings and wheel bearings.

So, I'll be taking it all apart in the next few months to do that, rebuild the front brake caliper, install steel braided lines, re-do the gauge faces, and do some other things.

Thinking about picking up this wheel for the front, running spoked rear/mag front like you hipster fixed gear bicycle dudes like. Thoughts? I will probably buy it anyway just to sell it, for $125 shipped its about 1/3rd of what they usually sell for around the forums.

Hmmmmmm, I just might. Threw a mirror I had laying around on the bike this weekend and not only does it not flow at all with the look, but it totally sucks for seeing things behind me (yay drag bars). Kinda defeats the purpose haha. Who makes those ones/how much??

Bitch is still leaking gas out the overflows. Started on the #4 carb two weeks ago, then moved to #4 last week, and is now at #1. Gotta check this gas tank out more closely Im thinking, might be more rusty than I thought.

I gets 'em on the 5-finger discount. I'll grab you a set next time I'm around them.
