P.Haire wrote:*devil's advocate* VGJ only claims his car has 650hp and that they run a 295 rear tire. Sam is claiming 865hp and a 335 rear tire. Chris Forsbags claims 385hp on his old motor and is probably running 275 rear(that's the widest maxxis makes). TMAC's car has more power and a bigger rear tire and probably weighs less than chris's and he is two spots behind him.
I heard a rumor about tire-to-weight sizing for next season.

i think i've decided that i wish they would just put more into pro am. like more support, like hotel rooms, tire sponsors other than nexen, more practice time, stuff like that.PmartyX wrote: I heard a rumor about tire-to-weight sizing for next season.

I think I've come up with a solution...before they start each race, they have to spin around a bat a few times, then hop in the car and go.

Re: let's talk about formula d
what if they did that but you had to run pro am for two years before you get a license. 3 events a year for two years at the formula d tracks.

Nobody cares what I say, and none of these things will ever happen, but...
If FD eliminated thed entire points system, there would be didsputes about the judging. Think ASB all the time with the best in the country. No winners or loser.
There could easily be 2 classes or an overall regulation based on tire size, which would impact the amount of power to be made, the extremeness of the cars, etc. If it was dictated that nobody will run wider than a 275, for example, there would be no point to having 7000 hp and mountains of V8 torque. 4cyls could compete with the V8s again.
Just give Koguchi the prize every time. That guy is a true champion.
