Hi guys what's up!? I just wanted to drop in an introduce myself and my new car to this forum. My name is Ben, and I live in Lawrenceville, Georgia, although I work as a detailer at Carmax in Norcross (big huge dealership right next to I-85). I am new to the drifting community, and RWD in general. I currently a member of 3SI.org, as I own a 1991 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 that I'm trying to sell to fund the build-up my new 1991 Nissan 240SX FB. This car was pretty well developed when I bought it. Some of you might recognize it, as I hear the former owner lived in the Atl area. Anyways, here's a picture, sorry if it's a little big, it's high res:

I'm finding new stuff on this car all the time, but so far I've seen:

Tein basic street coilovers (SLAMMED) w/ front camber plates & pillow ball mounts
Cusco front strut tower bar
SR20DET drive shaft & rear end w/ Nissan VLSD, no SR motor though?? :? (pretty sure the car was swapped before)
Kakimoto cat back exhaust (never heard of it but it sounds good w/ cat still in place, sounds terrible w/ test pipe, lol)
Fresh white pearl paint job w/ nicely painted gold rims (stock Nissan)
Black JDM hood(not sure why?) w/ black painted roof and black JDM power folding mirrors
JDM guage cluster
JDM zenki 180sx rear light garnish
JDM cloth seats (not sure why?)
Trust GREX shift knob
Gold racing pedals
Gutted interior except front seats and front carpet
Uhhhh, that's about it so far, hehe.... Not bad for $1800 tax tag & title (aren't wholesale auctions GREAT!?!)

Unknown mileage on the KA due to JDM guage cluster & odometer, but it runs good.... for a KA, lol. I had found some junked 4 lug 18" TRD wheels for it off a Scion that resemble the Volk GT-C's without the huge dish that I was going to paint flat black and put on it, but the bolt pattern is too small :( Damn they woulda looked GREAT! I'm not really diggin the gold rims on a white pearl car. Anyways hopefully soon it will be ready for a nice little build. It all depends on my budget I get for selling my 3000GT. Well, this is me and my car. I look forward to meeting you all face to face in the near future!

On a side note, I kick myself in the nuts all the time (I'm very limber), over a deal I passed up a year ago. I got a chance to buy a pristine, I mean factory perfect, silver '87 Corolla GT-S out of the same wholesale auction that I got my 240. They only wanted $300 for that car! A) I didn't know how rare it was B) It didn't pass emmisions on the FOERST try C) I was broke. It almost makes me cry when I think about it now  Someone else kick me in the nuts now please, my hip is starting to ache...

Already been there. My friend Armond (Drift Supra) recommended me there when he found out I bought an S13. He's a fellow member of 3SI here in Atlanta. I met him back when I FOERST bought my VR-4. He's got a 600+ AWHP Stealth that is down right friggin NASTY!

Sure feel free. I've got some more floating around somewhere I've yet to get my hands on. I got a niiiiice parking lot picture from the last Supra gathering we had here in Atlanta. It's my car parked diagonally in a parking aisle with 2 rows of Supras going down either side into the background. It's awesome I'll see if I can track it down from the guy who took it for me. Anyways gotta go, later guys!
