That is pretty cool! Would probably land anyone in the US in jail for having it... but pretty damn cool.

been doing it for like 2 years. my real plate is in the window so if you are like 2 feet away its legal. never got pulled over and it looks way cooler

All of the street bike guys that I "grew up" with used to make something similar with a cheap hinge and a string run under the seat.

The uses for this outside of license plates is infinite.

i saw that the other day in the states. its pretty cool for people that have to run front plates...
