That Alfa is fucking sweet. We shot one but it wasnt nearly as cool as this.

During the 1980s, Formula 1 races were often preceded by ProCar events featuring the BMW M1. In 1988, when production of the BMW M1 ended, Alfa Romeo offered a replacement; a V10 powered, mid-engined 164 sedan. And while their 164 seemed to be an apt replacement for the M1, it didn’t quite work out for the Italian automaker, and only one of the 164 ProCars was ever built... [read more]
Powered by a mid-mounted, 600hp, 3.5-liter V10, that could rev well beyond 12,000rpm, Alfa Romeo’s 164 ProCar weighed only 1,635 lbs, and was capable of more than 210 mph, faster than most F1 cars of the time.
