I may try and get that diode junt today and mess with this tomorrow at the track. Hopefully it works!

In the meantime - I re-wrapped my seat cushions with more than just fabric tape. The 'Ride the Lightning' one I tried using headliner/upholstery spray... but because the fabric I was wrapping was silk, it didn't turn out like I wanted. It is on there hella good, and contoured the cushion nicely... but it wrinkled up all o'er the place. The Pushead one I just used fabric tape for the crevices, and sewed the rest over the edges to keep it taught.

I bought those diodes tonight. Dude at Radio Shack knew more about phones. I was Googling what things meant because he didn't know.

I bought the biggest ones they had. I don't know if they're the right ones. I didn't mess with it tonight. There are speed sensors at all four corners to contend with.
Maybe I'll tinker with it tomorrow at the trackkkers.

I'm afraid too. I'm not totally sure if I'm gonna do anything except pull some sensors and hope for the best.

It just sucks because now I can't fucking test the car anywhere. The cops sit in the parking lot across the street from my neighborhood, and from what the officer told me - I'm not even allowed to drive the car on my street.

I don't have a hookup - but they built mine in like... a day for like... $115 I think? I just sent them my old clutch and they knocked it out.

Matt solved the mystery yesterday. I pulled the pass-side rear wheel speed sensor... and BAM. ABS/DSC fully disabled, and NO LIMP MODE.
FUCKING SO HUGE. SOOOOO HUGE.

It is a bit different driving a car sans ABS... but I will get used to it. I yanked my e-brake every chance I got yesterday hahahaha.
