yay all other forums im seeing people being shit fucks, i also think it helps that most of us are older now, and see the world for more of what it is, a giant learning experience, where everyone beneifts from helping and caring about eachother. we all did stupid stuff as kids, just to bad that nicks happened with someone else in the car, and i agree with andy, i hope that john is ok for both his sake and for nicks piece of mind

That was my initial thought. If John ends up in an unrecoverable state (lord knows we are praying that he does not, and comes out ok), but couldn't the state file charges against Nick if they found him to be negligent in some way? If not the state, the family of John might find it appropriate to file charges. I just wish this was not so high profile, as things tend to get really distorted with high profile names. I'm hoping/praying that everyone comes out with lessons learned and only the price of the Supra to pay.
