When I meet up with the group tomorrow night we should be able decide on what date to have this. Hoping everyone will agree on Nov.5th it's the 1st Saturday in Nov. This date should give every one plenty of time to request off. Does this sound good? Cause I already know I won't be able to get off any sooner then that
