We need to get our vinyl situated pronto! As well as a banner? I think we should look at some HIN photos to see other booth set ups to see what would be good.

It's obviously very important that we put our stickers on there, but it's also good to represent the people we love and treat us very well. We have a lot of Blitzkrieg Media stickers in both chrome and pink that are up for grabs, or if you'd like a custom color to represent Drew's work then we also have the vector file. I'd really like to get a drift411.com sticker, maybe a 507 one;(-- and really anyone elses sticker that supports us. I will ask Erik to bring some more slide or die stickers to the event as well, for those who don't have any [or for those whose came out so bad that they had to be taken off;] If you can tell me if you want/ need one beforehand that would be great because he has to tell Rich to bring them down from the north.

It's very important that we use the free publicity to help everyone out and show our support! Photos of our cars will be everywhere.

well, we finally got our decals (chrome and white), but we leave in the morning for VA and I'm not sure if we will be making it to this event. Chad and Myko are coming up to the Petersburg Va event on Thursday, any of you gonna make it?

The best just keeps on getting better.

I just got off the phone with Myles, and since I took car of registering all 7 cars in our row (with lightning speed, I might add)... I get my car in for free. Really what this means, is we all get in for a discount!!! One free car factored into 7 entries drops the price to $42/car!!!

I went over the provisions for setting up the tent & the video projections. He said it's not a problem at all, there's room in our row to set up. He said we cannot sell anything at all. We're really out of shirts, so that's cool. We should have a shxxxt-ton of new stickers to hand out, and possibly some flyers. I'll have to purchase electricity from the venue ($80) to run the projector/audio.

Roll in is on Friday (I know... it sucks) between 3-8 pm. We need to try to have no more than a 1/4 tank of gas in our tanks... preferably 1/8th tank. We can always stop and get gas on the way home Saturday... so no worries on that end.

If anyone has any questions/concerns... send'm my way. If I can't answer them, I can always give Myles a call and see what's up.

:D

sorry for the late responce, we just got our internet today. I could mail them to you, or send you the vector file, which ever is easier for you. the ones we have are white or chrome and the size is 12". Let me know! Wish I could go :( BTW the VA event was pretty cool other than the downpour we had for about 4 hours. It cleared up just as it was getting dark! Hope to see you guys in Charlotte on the 28th!

I have the ability to get us a banner from work for about $30-$40 as long as it's black and white; say a black background with the dM logo in white.
Now if you wanted to do a full color banner, that's cool too. The cost would go up of course. The banner itself would be a digital print on banner material (7ml) rather than vinyl. So we couldn't get it wet. But for the most part, it would survive the elements and mother nature.

If you guys are interested let me know what you want on it; which logo? color? etc. I could have it printed with grommets within a day or two. And we'll worry about the payment options later.

Black and white would be cool!
How large can you print it up at?

We can have a logo vote... I'll get them ready.
