yes it is. Ennio Morricone compossed the songs. The main theme, which is my ringtone is awesome. The estasy of gold, which is from the movie was another song the movie.
Metallica has played the estasy of gold as a prelude to their concerts since the mid 80's. And when they did a tribute album to him Metallica did a studio version of the song(which is what is playing on the video).

I'm a HUGE fan of Mr. Morricone's work.
