Any differences in power come from the liters of displacement, which tells you the max amount of fuel the engine can burn... which in turn provides the maximum power the engine can produce (for example: 11:1 compression is 11 parts air to one part fuel... you could add more fuel, but without more air to burn it... it is worthless).
