Pics of me from last weekends Drifting for a Cure event!

Post by Kouki7 »

Well I don't think I've told you guys yet but my Supra got stolen in May. Well long story short I got reimbursed from the Insurance company and I bought an FC. This past weekend was Drifting For A Cure which was a car show/drift event held here to raise money for Cancer research.

I participated as a driver and had a rad time! I ended up taping the wall pretty hard in the rear and just nicked the wall with the nose once but it was still a wicked event. We raised around $4000 for cancer research!

Anyways, on with the pics of me in action!

These are a few fav's of mine...

In the last pic you can see my damage on the right rear of the car. It's a little worse then the pic makes it out to be but hell, thats what happens when you go hard!

Ya I was pissed when the Supra was stolen but the 7 is Uber better then the Supra was. It's so much more fun and handles 11ty-billion times better. :D

Thanks, I'm trying to decide what next with it... I'm thinking a Carb'd 383 Chevy motor with about 500 horses and some 18's with more drop on the suspension!

Thanks man!

That track is a 1/4 mile oval which makes for some tight spaces. It's a 2nd gear track unless you have loads of power.

That'd have been cool if you had been able to make it.

We're trying to give drifting a better name up here by showing that we're supporting good causes and not just tearing things up. Hopefully we can get a good name for drifting going so that more tracks and legal places to drift will start popping up! :D

Here's another pic I like... I need to get some Tie Rod spacers since stock steering angle isn't great with the FC...
