Not much looks to have changed except this:

"Front subframes may only be modified to directly allow for oil pan / starter
clearance and steering rack relocation. The front subframe must retain intact
on at least one major member on one face that spans the entire width of the
subframe, thereby keeping the original dimensions of the subframe intact.
Any other modifications, cutting, welding, strengthening, etc is not allowed.
Rear subframes may only be modified to allow for mounting or relocating a
differential.

The brake system must operate all 4 wheels.

thats a point we had problems with all over the last year. lots of cars had the brakes only working to the front wheels (and some only 1 front wheel). Some of the drivers complained about that, but it was never changed, because the Orga thought you can´t add a rule like this, because drivers wont be able to change than within the season.

are´nt there any rules about tires?

There are definitely tire rules for FD proper... but I don't think they apply for Pro Am.
