i think the motors are very similar. i read some long article awhile ago that basically said that hyundai and other companies pooled resources to develope their powertrains. supposedly it saves everyone alot of money and everyone gets a better product. that is why their 4cyl turbo is pretty much an evo motor.

S chassis has a pretty good racing heritage.
