leave tech around 1600, crawl through windward parkway, and hopefully beat most of the bad traffic. hit mountainous reigons between 1800 and 1900, have two hours of sunlight left?

Argh. I am going to get the FOERST two done by the 24th, hopefully. I don't know about tag and title, though.

Andy: If you intend to stay sideways, I'd suggest you to go with a clutch-type differential due to their rapid and abrupt grab chararistic.
