Coilover: disadvantages

Did anyone ever had the strut in a coilover go bad. I'm guessing that means that the whole thing would be worthless? Unless the company makes a threaded strut replacement. Also list some of disadvantages you've experienced...thanks

That's definitely not creating a Venturi Effect, nor does it come close. I found that Spoon makes something called the Venturi Effect plate, which fits between the intake maniflod and the motor. This effect has definitely got some use in other parts of a motor. Possibly even in the exhaust pipes...

Venturi Effect in intake applications?

Does anyone know if companies use venturi effects in designing their intake parts. Say using it in pipings for N/A motors? That would be so cool!
