I don't like Shitty Back Club! Thankfully I can tell this is muscular and not disc-related. It took me a week of basically laying in bed morning, noon, and night... but I'm at least able to get back to work. Which is a good thing... because I am NOT good at doing nothing. I still have to be careful ...
